CAKES

All confections are created using the finest quality ingredients and cakes are iced in smooth buttercream made only using REAL Butter.

Whole Cakes come in 6”, 8” & 10” servings that yield 6-8, 10-12, 14-16 portions respectively. 
1/4, half, 3/4 and full size slabs are also available.

Chocolate, Raspberry & Pistachio
Layers of pistachio cake, dark chocolate ganache & raspberry mousse

Passion fruit, rum and vanilla*
Tahitian vanilla bean cake soaked in light rum syrup, layered with passion fruit curd or mousse
